Thanks for all the kind thoughts and yes, thanks for the prayers too. Just cause I don't do it don't mean I can't appreciate those who do. I'm still gonna be around, just not much cause it's a real pain in the butt to try to read.
Eye doc told me this morning he thinks this will clear up on its own, but if not he can always change the oil in that eye. It doesn't hurt, so there's that. He also gave me an injection in that eye. Not nearly as bad as it sounds. That was to hopefully help it along with the healing. So, carry on lads and lassies, I'll be in the area.
By the way, the trout skunk abides. Long story. We had a really good time and I got to learn the lay of the land up there, saw some really great places that I plan on returning to, but no fish this time. Suffice it to say that the place where I spent most of my time fishing, behind the post office in Cassell, was in the process of some kind of a hatch and there were trout everywhere, gorging themelves on bugs, and they were not interested in anything that I was throwing out to them. It was quite a scene. Had I brought my fly rod and a "hat creek" bug pattern?
Thanks for all the kind thoughts and yes, thanks f... (

Hey, Paul, hurry up and heal up. Ive heard that the eyes are the fastest healing part of the body, and I hope the injection helps and you can avoid the oil change. I donβt even know what that means but it soundsβ¦.interesting. π I miss your posts and your sense of humor. Sending good energy your way.
