My son is hooked on fishing now. I was having a hard time getting him to go with me. Now I don't think I will have a problem. Calaveras Lake is so much easier to fish than Canyon Lake. So I just have to take him to Calaveras.

What was the pattern. See any surfacing fish? I can help with Canyon BTW. What are you fishing for up here?
