Who ever (they) are, know little about cleaning fish. Trout all have the same bone structure. There are dozens of filet instructions on u-tube. Go for it. I personally don't care much for first year stocked trout in the frying pan, but they smoke well as candies smoke trout. Again look up best smoked trout. Enjoy!
