Good Morning OJ and Fred. No weather report from here except a little chilly here in the living room. Way to soon to turn on the heat.

G-mornin knuckleheads. Sunny later. Upper 70s. Eye doc today to check eye pressure. Pick up pay stubs at work for case with Soc. Sec. Taking wife out this afternoon to eat and shoot some pool. Her birthday is the 14th. Gotta love these SS forms to fill out. 14 pages on one form. Only our government. I'm also looking to re-fi the house if it appraises high enough. More paperwork for them too.

Are we having fun yet? Have a good one angling ding dings. I need a trip somewhere to get way from all this crap.

Mornin' Oj and all.

52* now and 65* later. A nice day on the way.

Doug, you keep those nasty words out of your mouth. I still have a ton of unripe raspberries left to pick. The patch has gotten too big for us, but that's o.k. We are full, our friends and neighbors, are full. No place to go with them. I pick 2 - 3 qts. of raspberries every morning and have since about the third week in Sept.

Have a good one everybody.

MMMMM, raspberry jam. Good morning all. 63* and going to 70. Partly cloudy day from what I can see over my coffee cup. Fished a little yesterday, caught a half dozen small gills, managed to feed a bunch more. These fish are pretty smart, the tiniest bit of resistance on the worm and they let go. If there's a thousand fish in the pond they must have been caught 100 times each. Packing today for our trip tomirrow.

Morning guys, spent most of the day in the car yesterday heading south to Destin. Got here and unpacked and that just about blew the whole day. Fished off the pier for a while this morning with no takers did get bit and one hookup but it was off almost as soon as it was on. Looked like a Speck when it jumped but not sure. I'm out of my element here in the salt water don't really know what to cast or what bait to use off the pier and probably wouldn't know what type fish it was if it weren't a trout. Any suggestions from the salt water guys. I'm staying at the MWR and it's on Chacatewhatchee bay. Got a charter Thursday but want to pier fish a little before then.

Ivey, you can't go wrong with shrimp or pro cure shrimp scent. I used the Z man diesel baits. They have a pocket to keep the scent longer.

As for just plain shrimp, frozen pieces work well.
