Peculiar behavior of your Forum/Stage interface?

Since the world wide facebook/instagram "5 hour black out" last Monday, has anybody noticed anything peculiar about their individual Stage interface? My system is working fine...with one major exception...when I reply to a posting, and become part of the chain of communications, I used to receive notifications about others that were adding comments to the post by way of an unread "email" notification. That way I would know I could continue participating...especially if folks were making comments that may require you to make a reply in return to answer questions. Without this feature working, you need to continue re-reading each and every post that you reply to, and most likely, unless you have a great memory, some would slip thru the cracks.

I have lost that aspect of the Stage somehow, and just wondered what others are experiencing....

Thank you!

Just a random photo from my archives to make this post worth while to look at!

I never had that “tool” available to me. Are those Splake (hybrid Brooke/lake trout)?

These are wild brook trout from Michigan's Upper Peninsula. The smallest was 9" and the largest 12". Usually when stream trout reach that size they lose those "parr bars"...but in this river they seem to hang onto that "youthful" appearance! All caught on small Panther Martin spinners.....

We do catch a fair number of splake too...which resemble a brook trout very closely!

By the way...the "feature" I mentioned having lost was really nice when a person replied to a post several days or weeks after the initial buzz.

I think it’s up the person responding to include the previous statement, if that’s what your question is about. We’ve discussed this several times fishyaker.

Actually...the very small size (ultra lite) in silver blade/silver body bead and then the orange/black yellow hackle hook yarn style. That particular one has always been my best producer with the Panther line up.

I will check into that...because those are the exact settings that would affect what I am talking about. Somehow mine may have gotten changed by mistake!

Follow up...yep! Mine were both clicked off! Changed it so now I should be back to normal. Thanks fourchonLa!

I usually only go to that section to change my avitar now and then, so I did not even realized they were in there...duh! Case solved!

Luv those ultra light spinners. Great colors too. Takes very little current pressure to spin the blade.

Kind of hard to see it real well...but here is a trout coming to hand on that same spinner configuration....

A different fish...at a different place...but caught on the silver Panther Martin with that orange hook dressing.

It’s happened to me before for unknown reasons. You can also unwatch certain threads under watched topics.
