Saw this message at the end of one of my fishing shows today and had to share…

Thank a Vet…take a kid fishing…or better yet, take them both fishing!

And here I thought all these he said "Some people live an entire lifetime and wonder if they have made a difference in the world ,Marines don't have that problem. ,,Ronald Reagan,, but I like the one you quoted OJ,, it works just fine,,

I believe you are correct on the original quote Jar, but this is what I saw today.

If only people knew all the sacrifices that those who served made. They see what the news stations show,but what about everything they don’t see? There are many things behind the scenes that will never see the light of day. Thank a vet in any way that you can

Slim for those that didn't see it before. A coworker of mine married a woman that had a teenage son. I went to his wedding. The son was a smartass. Then he joined the Marines. Put in 4 reuped. Couple deployments. Came home on leave. Went out drinking n came home acting strange. Next morning Mark found him hanging from a beam in the horse ban. Probably 10 yrs ago by now. I still wonder what happened that night. He liked being a Marine. Something short circuited 😕😕
