Hi, where you going if the East Coast no problem. West coast Gulf all Tampa Bay dead and parts of Sarasota and adjoining counties are infected. ALL Tampa bay is catch and release for most fish and Flounder season just closed until December 1. Off shore 10-20 miles out would be ok Good Luck.
