We had a golden that was a little slow.
Like a lag time between he heard a command and when he reacted.
Sweetest dog ever , the granddaughter put him thru low impact torture and he never once reacted badly or even walked away.
We used to accuse him of sneaking behind the garage and smoking a joint.
Easily distracted. Like “ be right with ya, I gotta check out this dandelion I came across while comming to you “
Good old boy

Like I posted yesterday , picked up this little dude.
Great dog so far. Maybe smartest dog I’ve owned. Impressing me more by the minute. He is sharp! About 5 years old

Need help with identifying breed. Or combination thereof . We have no idea.

As you can see. He is mainly white with blonde patterns on his back and ears .
I’m guessing 30 - 35 pounds.
Maybe a third bigger than a beagle.

Any idea???

Hey Ben,

Here ya go....
You can have a DNA test done on your new friend to determine his mix of Breed. Here is the link;

https://embarkvet.com/?utm_medium=cpc&utm_source=google&utm_campaign=cns_acq_nb_breed_20210623&utm_term=dog%20breed%20dna%20test%20accuracy&utm_content=all_all_us&gclid=Cj0KCQjwtMCKBhDAARIsAG-2Eu8UcX8dClCEkAWU1FmVBoSo5iRG_Lp33SaBHugiY9FA6QoX4HjIIn4aAk5oEALw_wcB

Embarkvet.com if the link doesn't work.

Good luck and let us know what the little Lucky fella is made of.

Ended up referring to my wife’s dog as a Muppet Dog! I’ve had an Overhead Retriever that chased planes. Had a Southern Porch Dog that would not chase anything.,

My guess is a Labrahuahue. Does he chase himself?

Just done a little reading on my own on the Labrahuahua.
I’m 99% certain that’s what we have here.
Description is spot on

Yellow lab/beagle mix is my guess

I agree with that lab beagle mix. I think the body line is a little thin for corgi. But then I definitely agree with mind over matter. You're his hero, and he's smart.

We did the dog DNA test, interesting result. He was part Australian cattle dog and part Dingo.
