Can't say that about all of them though. Went to Cabelas the other day, was looking for a checkout open, employee standing there says take it to customer service, no waiting. Score one good one. Go to customer service, tell the girl her coworker says you look bored so she sent me over. She smiled, said sure, what do you have. Went to hand her my VA card for their discount for vets, she says "I don't need that. I saw your hat and put it in". Scored two good ones in one trip. And all this was after one of the managers had spent a half hour comparing different boat covers, and which would work best.
