It don't matter how big your house is
how much money you have
that you can drive a BMW
take lotsa vacations
eat in fine restaurants
or that you can afford to wear expensive jewelry
all our graves will be the same size
Stay humble

I've been with many people when they were dying, none of them said they wished they had more stuff, more money, more jewelry ... We are all very "equal" in our final moments on the planet.

Does the above empower you somehow, or is it just another one of your meaningless internet searches? Death is death.......how 'bout you talk about life and how some folks make it comfortable for themselves?
it seems like humans die in a variety of ways, peacefully in their sleep, violently in an accident, painfully with a terminal disease, unexpectedly with an aneurism, accidently drowning, suicide. we are what we are.....what ever the hell that means.

Well bb, the Juice is cooking me when that day comes. Hopefully not at the party after church.
So my grave is going to rather wide spread. With the right wind just might pass through Humble Tx.

Funny stuff plum. Do you come with barbecue sauce?
As my niece said to my mom when she told her she was going to be cremated "Can I light the fire?"
No matter where you are, what you believe, or your financial status, nothing will matter when the seagant major puts his cold hand on your shoulder and says, "it is time to go." You are not going to look back and wish you had done one more deal, drilled one more well, or anything like that. You will look back and be proud of having raised strong, upstanding children who are raising your grand children in the nuture and admonition of the Lord! We are all accountable for our time and how we've spent it. God gives us all plenty of opportunities to believe and serve. If we do his will and are obedient, we can be given long lives, otherwise we are called home, some quite early. Just Sayin...RJS

Well said RJS, when raising our boys my wife and I spent quality time with them in hopes that they’ll extend those values to their own children. That’s our legacy.
