I'm finding some hate here on the Stage
please guys and girls,don't let this become common
there is enough hate in our country
racial hatred,political hatred and personal hatred(God knows we don't need Stage hatred)
The Stage for me is a place to escape all that and to just enjoy each others tales and jokes
I consider each and every one of you a good friend
I know you have different political and ethical views than mine
Bot that doesn't really matter
what matters is the comradery and respect here on the Stage
just enjoy the fine stories and beautiful pics we are given each day
and if you will,please refrain from dissing one another and please
laugh at my jokes once in a while
I'll shut up now

Yes, I owe a deep debt of gratitude to and for Fishing Forum/Stage because during the quarantine I do not know what I would have done without the benefit of reading and posting stories. While we all have opinions and druthers, we do not have to get into each other's face about them. Why be obnoxious? It doesn't pay to be bilgerant and cause hard feelings with others who are trying to help you. If you see me acting up, simply tell me "Get off your High Horse! Just Sayin...RJS

World events as told through the news and social media induces us to take sides and defend them to the extreme. It serves to entice people to stand on one side of the river or the other and hurl taunts at each other while the bridge is burning in the middle. Neither side is willing be the first to pick up a bucket and throw water on it. Those that would wish us harm are pleased. You are either part of the problem or part of the solution. If you fuel discord, discord grows and the bridge keeps burning towards either shore. Each side needs to pick up a bucket. Think about it.

I absolutely agree 100%Bobby. There are a few here that try to belittle others, or throw a not so veiled insult at others. They try to get under people's skin, to draw a reaction. More often than not, the victim or his defenders are the ones chastised by admin, and not the instigator. I wish admin would pay closer attention to who starts the problems, with the same vigor they do with anything "political " or "not politically correct ". Just my 2 cents.
