Good Morning on this solemn day, 20 years ago the world was shocked by this terrorist event. With a heavy heart, we remember the lives lost and the destruction and grief that followed. We must have faith that this will never happen again.
Lest We Forget.

Good morning Ronnie. Yes today is a day to remember. As a retired US Army veteran I will never forget that day. I remember gathering our gear to respond to the call not knowing what will happen or would I return but through faith and grace I made it. We lost a lot yet we stayed in the fight. It wasn’t easy but with the support of family and others praying for us we continue the journey to overcome. We do give thanks to God and the support so many have given and continue to give to our arm forces sir thank you

Good morning all, tragic as it was, that event brought America together, inflected patriotism and united us as one. I’m not feeling that unity now.

So true. It’s really sad that something like this has to happen before we can learn as well as see how much we need each other. After 20 years we still are not together. The pandemic which I think separated us even the more. Misunderstand and not on the same page. I personally feel if we do as they said such as wearing mass and 6 ft apart does help. We have shown in so many ways that we need to listen but when you have everyone on a different page saying different things then who or what can one believe and who is telling the truth. All we can do is do what is best for us and at least try to make sense of life we all will be much better

It really doesn’t. I remember we had just finished our morning PT run 6 miles and I had walked into my office getting ready to shower turned the TV volume up and there it was. I listen and headed to the shower quickly because I knew it was coming. Being a leader in the 82nd ABN DIV I was waiting for the phone to ring. As I was getting dressed the phones were blowing up. It was that call that put us in high alert. Our bags were already packed ready to go. We stayed on alert in stand by mode what seem like days. Meetings after meeting but when things calmed down a little alert was still high. Shortly after that we were headed down range to protect our great Nation. Long days very scary moments and some very hard days to come. Just want to say Thank you all for your love and continue support to all of our servicemen and women

What i remember the most about watching the TV is waiting and waiting to see a recovery of someone in the rubble.

However, stretcher after stretcher was carried out and that will stay so fresh in my mind that i will never forget.

Good morning y’all. It was a tragic day 20 years ago and the war may have ended but unfortunately I feel we’ll be back in another war when it happens again. Thanks to all who fought for this great country of ours and those who died are truly hero’s. May God bless those that died on that horrific day 20 years ago.
