Just bought a minn kota endura 30 and trying to pair a battery with it. Biggest reservoir I fish is 420 acres. I normally only fish for max 4 hours. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Look at the Amp Hours of the battery and try to match it too your trolling motor amp draw for the time you plan to be on the water. Just be aware, usually the more Amp hours the battery has the more you're going to have to pay. Then there is the AGM, lead cell and Lithium choice as well.
I use the Minkota Battery Center with a Group 27 Deep Cycle and a 55lb thrust Endura Maxx..
good for over 6 hours... Paul
I use the AMPED 60 AH lithium in my Old Town Autopilot 13.6 with the minkota 45 lb Ipilot trolling motor. Have fished 6+ hours on spot lock in 10-12 mph wind including a mile and a half trip each way to fishing spot. Super light weight, recharges quickly, guaranteed ten years. Fishing the gulf and backwaers in Missississp, Louisiana have never run low on batery. Locator has battery level on screen. Start at 14 volts and never get below 13. A little pricey but no lugging heavy lead acid battery (or hauling it in your kayak).
