I used to live there and know they have rainbows and Splake (hybrid Brooke/lake trout mix), perch and other panfish. Pactola can be fished from the bank and we did well with corn on the trout and Splake. Sheridan has decent shore access, too. Good luck, we’ll be chasing “Speed Goats” (antelope) near there in less than a month.

When👍 My Grampa taught me, many moons ago, antelope hunting is a two day event. Get one located the first day since they are very adamant at staying in an area. Watch a big one till he goes to bed and be right there before he wakes up in the morning. That worked great for me for years until I quit hunting them. Dispatch him before he even gets up in the morning, skin him instantly and move the carcass away from the hide before field dressing. I always carried a roll of plastic and some game bags and that was the best tasting antelope I’ve ever eaten. Even a huge buck is good that way. Good luck.
