So posted start of project but didn’t show finished. Original plan was to use only the tongue and axle from the old trailer. Axle had a Ford falcon hub on one side and a agriculture hub on other, spindles would match no trailer hubs, so built new one, about $400 in new trailer.

I like your rig. Any trouble retreaving your boat.

Dry loads really easy with the 4’ aluminum roller across back (from the old trailer, just replaced rusty thru rod with stainless) roller slightly lower than the gray pvc deck board mounted on trailer for boat to sit on, roller just there to bring it up on. Trailer and boat about 740 lb

You are obviously a very skilled craftsman! The project turned out very well from what the photos reveal! I'll bet you are looking forward to getting out to do some drifting and plying the waters in whatever way works for the situation at hand! Enjoy the fruits of your labor immensely!

Thanks ya’all, making the frame was easy, everything else took awhile……now onto making the boat where I like it…….the battle scars stay.

Really nice job. My welding skills would prevent me from producing a finished project that nice.
