Difference between common and silver carp? I know grass carp are relatively benign and mostly sterile from what I've heard (cleaning up reservoirs and irrigation canals). I got no qualms about eating anything really so what's the skinny on carp meat? (Never caught one on hook and line only cast net) how do you usually go about it?
