At what size rod do spinning rods require 2 hands?

I purchased a 9’ rod for some bank chinook fishing a while back and it is a pain in the butt to fish with.

It just causes severe arm fatigue and I’m using a flying C. I would prefer a one handed rod that could keep up with a decent sized chinook 15-40/50lbs but likely in the 15-30lb range.

All the poles I see are rated for like 20-30lbs max but many of the poles I’m looking at online don’t show the line rating in dicks. I was looking there size I was going to exchange this pole but have had a hard time picking a rod & reel combo for this

LX 86 HC X-11 Lamiglas 12-25 pound test - that'll handle it.
