So,I was able to get 2 days of work in,and then a phone call at 9:10pm telling me we have today off, well back to RFP, The morning started off rather comfortable but you can tell it was going to get hot, I had some luck early in the morning while it was a bit cooler throwing my weightless Sinko through the lilies, but once it started to get hot especially once it hit 98°, the fish stopped biting and I left, a couple of people on here have asked me to show photos of where it is that I am fishing, so I have included a few photos of the lake itself a photo of the lilies that like to destroy gear and a picture of the type of hole punched in the lilies that I am fishing out of,I’m running a Dobyh’s Fury Series Bass rod paired with a Diawa BG3000 spooled with 45lb Diawa braided line, hope y’all enjoy the pics🎣

thanks Rhyno. Have you tried a top water early in the day around those? Looks like that could be prime jitterbug water?

No,I walk the perimeter of the lake and flip into certain ones,I’m learning which holes are producing fish🎣

I’ve seen others use some top water stuff, only one I’ve seen work was a whopper plopper,I primarily stick to a Sinko or crawfish soft bait🎣
