I remember the day I was ice fishing. No action at all, I thought I'd be going home empty-handed. On the way back to shore, I walked over some thin ice and one foot punched through. When I pulled it back out, darned if my boot didn't have a couple of fish in it!

I was out fishing in the Pacific Ocean off the Oregon Coast about 10 years ago and caught Moby Dick..It had to be.

The dam thing pulled me overboard and the crew could NOT see me in my camo raingear. Luckily I had a life jacket on under the raingear. It took a few days to swim to shore but with the incoming tide was what I used and just took my time. Luckily I survived so I can still go fishing.

I also have land for sale South of the keys.

I caught me a mermaid off the coast of Madagascar back in '71. Name was Minnie. Minnie the Mermaid. She would tend to all my needs whenever I wanted and sometimes when I didn't. We cruised around the Indian Ocean together for several months but when we pulled into Jakarta she traded me in for a damn trout.

Sure sounds interesting until the trout was more her species or whatever chief.
