Congrats Papa!! Don't be nervous, look forward to it. Find ways to stay busy and you'll enjoy. I still work 1-2 days a week, 5 or 6 hours a day but consider myself retired. Look forward and enjoy my friend.
Congratulatlions! Begin now to seriously plan how you will spend your time. A lot of folks will think they will just play golf, or go fishing, but that does not account for all your free time. So, don't get caught with long periods of nothing to do, and wishing you were back at work. Give serious thought to planning your retirement and how you will spend each day. Just Sayin...RJS

Congrats, it gets better and better
Congratulations PapaJ! I'm looking forward to my last day, about 7 months to go.
The company I worked for got tired of paying me to do nothing, so they forced me to retire at 72. So far it's suiting me pretty well. Congrats PapaJ.

Congrats Papa welcome to the club( here's a hint don't give up on hobbies)
Good for you! May all your expectations happen and your health remain the best.
Take it and run, PaPa! Don't look back. I did it 1Jan10. Worked for our great Lone Star State. I've got so much to do now, I can't keep up. Don't know how I had time to work. Bro. Samples said it right, though. Start making plans to do things. Don't sit on your duff. By the way, is there any grass beds left in Lake Tawakoni? And if they're still there, do the bass still blowup on buzzbaits?

If your retirement will be anything like mine don't be nervous. You'll be so busy it's basically a job change and change is always a good thing. Congratulations on a long career and enjoy your next venture. 👍
