Every chance I get I go fishing. I use to fish everyday after work during my younger days. I just recently bought everything I needed to get back into my passion (fishing) but now in my 60’s. So far I hooked a Toau and Moi. The sad difference is I also hooked a tent, shirt, shorts and large trash bag that day. I was glad to get it out of our ocean but it was also disappointing to see it.

It makes you wonder how some people live, do they treat their own home that way, doubt it. Have seen things like that thrown out on roadsides, in rivers and in forest areas.

Welcome to the stage Ageo. Nice catch even the trash getting it out of the water is a very good thing. We have a lot of junk in the waters and it needs conscience people like you taking it out. Thanks.

Welcome to the Stage Ageofaquarius, and nice catch! Thanks for the pictures, and for helping clean up other people's debris.

Kinda gross me out to eat the fish knowing the homeless is through their trash in our waters. They are starting to live along the shorelines here.

Oh my. Hawaii rarely experienced filth like that till now and it’s getting worse. We always took pride in our beaches but not it’s being invaded by people who don’t care. Some of our beaches no longer have showers or operational restrooms due to vandalism.

We all went through growing pains learning this site but you got the posting photos quick. Took me several attempts to get that right.
