That is exactly what we did moving from NC to here. Made numerous trips to the free dump down there and just the other day a HOA guy stopped by the house.
Took him, through the basement to get to the back yard and he says: where is all your stuff? Been in many of basements in this 55 or older development and this is a first. A nearly empty basement.

Greetings to all: I am now sitting in my den or man cave! My wife and a nephew are busy unpacking, hanging shelves, pictures and eventually my trophy Peacock Bass nearly over my head! I would guess that in a couple days this place will be normal and we can find everything. The internet company is shipping me the connection So it will probably be next week before I am up and running! Don’t worry I have been making a list of topics that are ‘possible’ story subjects. It is amazing how old all the other residents appear! And I am not sure but they are probably my age! There is some kind of event every hour but we haven’t participated in any yet due to the unpacking chore! I don’t say anything for fear of being made to participate too! Just Sayin…. RjS
