We have a new one going here now in the big river canyon. A guy from Oregon was riding his 4 wheeler up the canyon road and it caught on fire. He just jumped off and let it roll off the side of the road up there. The fire is now over 2000 acres and the only containment is the big Salmon river on one side. Rough terrain where they can’t fight it outside of air support and it’s moving fast to the west toward Riggins. 15 miles away and traveling about 2 miles west and about the same south each day. Not good but we got some rain yesterday and more forecast for today so lots of prayers needed in lots of places now. I hope your son stays safe out there and we all need to feel blessed to have people like him who are willing to do what they do.
