Barrett Lake (SoCal) - First Time - Looking to be Ready

I've scheduled a boat on Barrett Lake for late September; having never been there before and am generally aware of readiness preparations (i.e. how to survive on a no-support available lake under variable weather conditons).
Some questions I haven't figured out yet:
1. How large are the aluminum boats (I plan on fishing solo, maybe one other)?
2. Are gas motors supplied, and if yes, what HP?
3. Are anchors supplied?
4. I undersand electric trolling motors are recommended. How do you mount to transom? Alongside somehow the outboard or do you remove the outboard and center the trolling motor?

Any help on these topics or other (hot spot recommendations) is greatly appeciated.
Thanks,
Stephen

I have fished there 2 times, the second and third year they reopened the lake. Sometime in the 90s.Back then we had to bring our own anchors water and food. I think the boats were 12' alum with cushions for life preservers. Be prepared for a long dirty bumpy road back to the lake at prescribed times going in and out. Catch and release and barbless hooks on all gear used. We mainly fished the right shoreline leaving the dock. 3 of us caught at least 25 or more apiece mostly 1 to 3 lbs and mostly on plastic worms. All were largemouth. Some back then were having 100 fish days. Go to SDFish website and you can get more information there. Be prepaired for hot weather, lots of sunscreen. Larry W.

Stephen I got no idea where you're talking about. The only Barrett Lake I'm familiar with is located in the desolation wilderness area just west of Lake Tahoe. No vehicles or bicycles allowed. Hike or pack in with a horse or mule. If that's where you're talking about "scheduling a boat", I think somebody's pulling your leg.

OK. I looked it up and there is a Barrett Lake east of San Diego. I had no idea. But I still have no idea. Be sure to let us know how you do and post some photos.

Thanks all for the replies; especially taking the time to figuring out what lake I was speaking of. It's got a killer history.
Still wondering, any recommendation on mounting a trolling motor to a 12-14'aluminum boat equipped with a small HP outboard? Do I need to remove the outboard and center mount the trolling motor or can I just mount it right next to it?

It doesn't have to be in the middle. I have mine mounted on the front of my 15' alum boat to the right of center with no problem going where I want to go.

Mount it next to the outboard. What I don't understand is how did you reserve a boat without knowing what you are getting?
I would ask the ones that took your money.

Perfect photo thanks. I can do that.
Barrett Lake is a bit out of the ordinary.
Purchasing through Ticket Master doesn't really provide the detail for which I have been searching.
Seems hard to come by.
Thanks again.

Don't "Forget" it's a barbless hook only reservoir ! They didnt give much info online about the boat rental, I would suggest calling the marina to find out about your boat

It can be done but you have to do something to the motor unit to spin the the shaft 180 degrees or else you will have 4 speeds in reverse an 2 forward, because the troller will be pulling the boat instead of pushing. Ask the company you're buying it from how to do the change, I did mine 8 years ago an I can't remember how. Also I had to make wood bracket bolted to the side of the boat so the shaft would be verticle 90 degrees. LW.

Theres a screw that holds the control box to the shaft. Take it out, spin the control 180° around and put the screw back in.
On a Minn Kota, the screw goes right through the shaft.
