They have to be Hatchery. It had all its fins. The funny thing is many fish don't get fins clipped at hatchery so therefore they can't be kept. The Scientists do not want the hatchery fish spawning unless it is the exact fish they choose to make fry with.

I will get him rods etc for sure. Too young still. I got him a Kubota side by side with deer etc toy at the Tractor store when I had to get some Kubota hydraulic fluid.

Spent some time in doghouse when my oldest was about 6-7. Got him his first 4 wheeler,he drove it head first into side of barn. Broke his thumb
