Here are a few more scenic
photos; various N.H. lakes !

1&2/ Welcome Island/Meredith,
N.H. - located in Stonedam Narrows,
Meredith Bay, between Stonedam
and Pitchwood Islands ! If anyone's interested, the three-bedroom/
three-bath 'mini-mansion's going
for a measly $2.2 million !

3&4/ Wolfeboro, N.H. - Like the sign says, it is the oldest summer resort
in the country - so-called 'money
people' have been coming to Wolfeboro since WAY back in
1770, before N.H. was even a
state ! If I remember right, that
didn't happen until 1790 ! The
smaller lake behind the town
is Lake Wentworth, named for
a former English governor who
built his mansion on its' shores !

5, 6 & 7/ Locations unknown, and
the last one may not even be in N.H.
- I just thought those scenes were
really pretty !

Looks like a beautiful state to live in if you can handle the winters.

If only ! If I could jump like that, I'd have been a multi-millionaire long
ago playing basketball ! Talk about your 'jump shots' !

Fifty years' worth was more than enough for me, which is why I am
now here, and not there !

There are things I really miss, like
all the ponds/lakes/rivers within an hour or less that I could trout fish !

I have caught ALL my PBs within an hour (or less) from home ! Also miss the beach and fresh seafood in the summer, especially the lobster !

If you saw the photos, FD, I'll say
this - should I ever come into REAL money (think lottery), I'd probably
buy that island 'mini-mansion' for
a summer home and fish the
southern states through the
winter ! And my Forum family members could come fishing Winnipesaukee with me (or
any of hundreds of ponds, lakes
or streams nearby) with a little advance notice !

Unfortunately, as the saying goes,
"If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have
no luck at all !" I've been trying to
win some kind of lottery (ANY
freakin' lottery) for nearly forty
years ! Even that Publisher's Clearinghouse lottery ! Closest
I came was winning $65 on
a wrong ticket - had asked
for a Mega-Millions, but got a Powerball instead ! Strange fluke,
there !

Probably ! But do they all have all
their toys/property already picked
out ? I'm gonna need a huge garage and auto shop for the muscle cars
and classics including Deusenbergs,
Auburn boat-tail roadster, and a '37 Cord roadster !

That boathouse on Winnipesaukee
will have two boats in it - an 18-ft. Boston Whaler-style fishing boat,
and a late-'50s/early '60s-style
classic mahogany speed-boat, but with a modern motor and
electronics package !

Property ? The island property would be a good start; here in Arizona, in Payson, is a place called the 'Log
Mahal' may again be on the market ! For a real mind-blower, look it up on some of those on-line realty sites- they have a video-tour of the house !

Travel will be a must, both for personal cultural expansion and of course, fishing ! Might even involve
more property for a pied-a-terre in certain locations ! Who knows ?

(Just waiting on that winning ticket !)

I been waiting to win the Lottery myself! Then when someone explained I had to play to win I was madder than a wet hen in a paper bag. I probably missed my chance!
