I’m from the west originally and love trout fishing. I’m willing to travel to colder waters if have any suggestions?
I have done some large mouth fishing but not here it’s a sport but I have to find out what works here?
What other species are prevalent here in the lakes and rivers that are fun to fish?

Welcome P. Never fished your area but a few on here talked good about Lake Wylie. I mostly fish salt water. Gordon

Thanks, I’ve fished Willy and Norman with my 4 year old grandson, we caught a couple small lg mouth and lots of Sunnys. I would like it alone and get over by the power plant.
I live close to a few rivers I want to try but I have not fished for bass in a river before
