Not a single Walleye to bring home. The first mate caught a small one that was it did ok on perch averaged about 10 a piece. I'm having trouble uploading photos from my phone. Will try later.

Perch are as good to eat as walleye, it just takes more of them. I hope the guy in the blue shirt had a good life insurance policy.

Exactly. I know you are a River Patrol guy and know safety. I was thinking the same thing. I know some lakes will swallow you and you go down to bottom immediately if no life jacket your fish food.

I'd hate to have to try to pull him back into the boat, that's for sure.

Looks like it was too smooth Wall Eye's like a little chop to cut down light. You were in a great WallEye area
you would have filled your cooler if the guy had you in the right place and it was a bit choppy. Wall Eyes have super sensitive eyes. They need deeper water or less clear water.
