Sorry to hear Ronnie. I lost a wife back in 16. She was ill for years. You can’t describe the pain and anguish a person feels when they lose their partner. We were together 23 years. It would have been less painful to lose an arm or leg. So try and remember all the good times. But it’s gonna take awhile to heal from this. But you will and know that she would want you to start enjoying you life again when you feel the time is right. My sincere condolences brother

It will take time Ronnie, been there. Don't rush it or let others rush you through it. Grieve how you need too.

Ty my friends, I've never known pain like this before. I have been sorting paperwork out, cleaning out her medication, have found about 60 bottles of meds. Contacted accounts to get squared away and social security. Trying to get some of it out of my mind, it's hard. I appreciate your thoughts at this time.

Take your time Ronny. The world can wait for you now. Slow down. It’s gonna take time. And then some more time. If you have family or friends that can help, let them, just sit in your chair and stare. Or as I did go in your room and cry. No shame bro in doing it.

Very sorry to hear about this loss in your life. Hold firmly to your memories and know that prayers are being whispered on your behalf. This kind of news always hits home with those of us that have experienced the anguish, but we emerge from it much stronger than before we entered if we let others stay connected to us and avoid isolation.
