I use a high-low rig with a bank sinker, baited with gulp. Cast out right along the jetty’s on our beach and just reel in. Rarely get skunked.

Unfortunately they buried all our jetties when they rebuilt the beaches. They're starting to show up again now that mother nature is showing the army corps that they don't know squat about "protecting " beaches.
