I've seen many girls that enjoy fishing n hunting. They also are very good at it. The women on FS do a fine job. Some of then even play with snakes πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. If watching kids fish doesn't put a smile on your face i don't need to know you

Well said Grizzly !!

Great pic.

Hey saw-1: I grew up East of Stockton about 1/4 mile from a canal, my brothers and I was fishing, swimming, hunting bull frogs all summer long. What heat? As kids we didn't even notice that it was hot out. Not so today, here in Lost Wages, NV Tied a high of 116 degrees not too long ago. That is HOT! As kids to beat the heat we just retreated to the cool basement during the hottest afternoons. Fishing was good perch, bluegill, bass, carp and once a 27 inch salmon trying to get upstream, most likely lost. Lol Stay safe and cool

You hit the nail on the head. It is the opportunity that makes the difference. My grand daughter used to do everything with me for the first 10/12 years. 13 now and can’t even get her to answer the phone. 😒. If the parents are too busy making a living we need to take the slack to keep the kids distracted from the hazards of today’s society. Fishing is a great way to bond. This is my grandson visiting from Texas last month. Took one day a week for 3 weeks to fish with him. Time I could ill afford but was worth every penny of lost productivity. This was the only fish but we still had fun exploring πŸ₯°

I always wondered how that was spelled. I couldn't find it in my army dictionary. Jarhead was there, but I question the definition Thanks for your service.
