If you haven't tried to make homemade salsa yet give it a try this year. works out pretty good an not that hard really no forget the garlic😁👍 I also put whole kernel corn and black beans in My Salsa drain the corn and rinse the beans good

I have made salsa it’s good stuff, lots of work and you have to be careful making it it burns and sticks to the bottom of the pot. I’ve found though if you use a aluminum pot it doesn’t burn as easy as a stainless steel pot.

I use a Electric roaster after I boil and peel the tomatoes then add the garlic, peppers ,onions, corn, beads, whatever else you want to put in it. let it cook for a bit and then start filling jars an Canning them
