I often fish late in the day and it would be pretty nice to have sunglasses that adjust to the light levels. I don’t really like fishing without eye protection and don’t usually end up bringing multiple pairs of glasses.
I see smith makes a few pairs. Anyone fish in these? It seems like a great idea but I’m thinking there has to be some downside or everyone would use them.

I need prescription glasses and my regulars are photo chromatic and verilux they turn gray in sun light. I also have prescription amber sunglasses that don’t change. But are polarized. The polarization and amber really help with fishing. I also use flip up magnifiers to help with tying knots. Available at Spoortsmans Wharehousevandmostbflynshops I’d imagine. Some times I can get by with the regular glasses and some times I need the amber and polarization. Of course this is all personal to me.
