Sounds like # 9 on the 10 Commandments list, doesn’t it?
I wonder if it is the most broken commandment of all of them with # 4 running a good 2nd.
Yes indeed...what we do while not wearing our "Sunday go to meet'in" outfits makes a HUGE difference in this world!

I’ve been saying that for years !
Treat others as you would like to be treated. Seems reasonable.
Try to take the "church" with me wherever I go!
Morning Plum and all that follow!

Yes in deed fishyaker. Funny though when some forget as soon as the church door closes behind them on the way out. Looks like the Indy 500 in the parking lot right after communion.

Good Morning Kandy, 4, Big dog, Fishyaker and y'all just now waking up.
That is admirable of you Kandy, some day it might catch on from leading by example. One can only hope and pray.

Been up for a while. Walking the dog, cooking breakfast and watching some balloons over the neighborhood.

Always wanted to do that until i watch some show about some rough landings in those balloons. Then there are trees and power lines that come out of no where.
So maybe not.

You have lots of company Plum. What you do on Sunday doesn't mean squat if you don't spread it out through the week.

Good mornin' plum, you have had a lot of good ones, but this is one of the better ones. Thank you.

A hot air balloon ride can be quite a thrill...but having done it once I am satisfied to cross it off my "bucket list"...so to speak. My wife and I were gifted a pair of tickets several years ago to join a ride locally where we live in Traverse City, MI and it was a fun experience. The pilot was very serious about safety and flight conditions. Over a 3 month period, our drift had to be cancelled a number of times before he felt it was going to be a good day in the air. We spent about 2 hours aloft, which took us over many familiar places that we knew from a terrestrial perspective!
I found the whole set up and flight process to be quite fascinating! At one point we touched down onto the surface of a small lake before quickly rising back into the morning sky. I would have enjoyed casting out a lure for just one quick bite, since I have never fished from a balloon!
safe and gentle landing back on earth
heavy morning mist over the Boardman River Valley
balloon profile as a nifty shadow
