Yeah it was pushing 90* and there's thundershowers in the forecast, but I took my two best fishing buddies up to the Wyatt art museum today to do little fishing.. second cast and I had a nice little smallmouth. Hailey and Alex each picked up a few panfish. Had a nice lunch on the river Bank and topped it off with a frozen yogurt sundae. What a way to not work on cleaning up my patio 😊😁 . I had Hailey hold my bass for me.

Nice catching FT and crew! Looks like a nice little river. Ours are ripping, and brown now, after the storm. Thanks for the pictures.

It is similar the chain link fence but they're on about a 6 inch square. It's VERY necessary there since it's an outside curve and the museum is about 30 feet from the wall into the river. I’ve.seen that stretch of river well above that wall. Came home from visiting my daughter at college one day and crossed the bridge 100 yards upstream when it had at least two feet of water in the roadway. Probably the second stupidest thing I've done in my life.

Yes.....the old eyeballs a'int what they used to be. Not a good option IMO.....chicken wire is not galvanized like chain link and will rust and break apart and expose rusty projectiles that could impale a toe. Call me negative but consider the impact

No fear there. The wire is galvanized. And is the same size as a coil my Dad used to support grapevines in an arbor for about 25 years.

Just how big are the chickens up there anyway.
And what was the first stupidest thing you ever did?
