Heading to Jekyll Island soon and am curious if anyone has a honey hole they might not mind sharing. I love dishing surf and wade fishing. Thanks!

There may be some creeks there that consistently produce but I'm not familiar with Jekyll Island fishing. The surf on the other hand changes the honey holes all the time. Learn to read the beach.

Gotcha, good info here. Was just looking for a general area to start as i only have two days. You know like north end, south end, etc.
Check out the local Bait shops , they are the best info as they talk to the fisherman daily.

Walk the beach at low tide. Come back and fish runouts and bars a couple of hours before and after high tide.
I look for where there are no breakers and fish along the edges. No waves means thats where the runout are as Jack stated. The runout flush the sand fleas and clams out to the waiting fish hiding in the troughs.
