Where can I catch snake fish that is closest to Wayne county PA

I live in northeast Pa and am looking to catch some snake fish. I'm an avid fishermen since 5 years old and am looking forward to catching one of these fish. Also what is the best line hook up and bait do you think is the best to use.

Have never seen one, but have read that they'll eat almost anything in
the water that moves !
As for location, I believe that
Meadow Lake (Philadelphia County) was mentioned, as were the
Schuylkill and Delaware Rivers ! Also, the Susquehanna River below the Holtwood dam, and Octoraro Creek
(Lancaster County/below Pine
Grove dam) have reported catches
of snakeheads within the last two
years ! Remember, snakeheads are
'Catch and Kill' regulated, so DON'T release them back !
