Good morning Ken and all to follow, 66 now with 79 forecasted for later. Rain is going to begin shortly and may be around for a few days. Hoping to get a chance to cut the grass somewhere along the way.

Hydro Fest is happening this weekend here on Guntersville lake. That’s when those 200mph boats do their thing. Should be pretty exciting. 67 year old Dave Villwock is coming out of retirement to race again. He has 67 wins under his belt. The most of any driver on the circuit.

Good morning all. 56* this lovely morning, going to 81 a little later. Not much possibility of rain coming up , but the temps are going back into the 90s. Took the GS up to the river yesterday where he caught his first ever smallmouth bass. No pics on this one though, left the phone in the truck. He's going to Boy Scout camp next week so we did a lit swim time in the afternoon. Have to make sure he's ready for his swim test at camp. This will be his first time a week away from home.
