Same here. Pathetic. Caller ID often shows a local number, but when I answer it’s from “who knows where”.

go online to your Public Service Commission and fill out a complaint including the phone number if you can get it. There will be a space for potential FRAUD reports. It works.

Caller ID... Don't recognize the number, I don't answer the phone. They can leave a message. They rarely do.
