New to the forum. I don’t have a boat and not having a lot of luck bank fishing. Fished under the bridge last weekend and figh were jumping but no bites at all, however boats were catching fish. Any input on the following would be appreciated:

- Best spots to try?
- Bait preference, any special techniques?
- Any advise would be appreciated.
