Yes sir first cast I caught one and about every third or fourth cast get another. Working on resizing a picture I took. Reminded me of perch fishing at home in Michigan

Just messing with you. Nothing wrong with the white trout as long as you ice them down right away. They’re not as firm a meat as a spec but they do eat just fine. Hopefully you can get you some more tonight. Good luck.

No worries sir, all new to me down here. Lol. I'd like to get down here and go out for some snapper or grouper but that's too far out for my bride.
Headed your way to check out New Orleans as we've never been there and hang out for a couple days before we head back to Michigan. Looking forward to trying out some real creole and Cajun food.

Thank you for the link. My brides cousin took the guts from the trout and baited up some crab traps. Got a nice mess of blue crab. Water is on its way to a boil right now lol. Still trying to resize pics so I can post lol
