I grew up on the shores of Lake Minnewaska in W. central Minn. Did they change the spelling or did you mis-spell it.? Never knew of a "Lagoon" there

Lake Minnewashta is a lake in Minnesota, not far from Minneapolis St. Paul. The Lake Minnewaska you are referring to is a different lake in Minnesota, not far from Cold Spring.
Thanks for the reply; I did not know there was another lake close to the spelling but, then, I guess we can't know about all 10,000 of them (actually 14,000). Glenwood is on the north shore and Starbuck on the west shore of
Minnewaska. Cold Spring is about 60 miles east of Minnewaska. Hope you had luck on the fish.
