Running errands and shopping with Lynny today.
We finished installing the vinyl fence this week. Now we have some privacy when we’re on the back deck and the puppers have a yard to do their business. You can rack that stuff 1” per foot to match the slope of your yard.

Morning griz. There was a full page story in our local paper about 2 old farts that park on the side of one of our many causeways and go cat fishing several times a week. One of them attached his net to an extension painting pole so he wouldn’t have to walk over the rocks 🪨. You know you live in Mayberry when a story like that gets a full page. 😀

Good morning knuckleheads and assorted angling humanoids. 12hr shifts today and tomorrow. Mid 80s and humid all week with 60% chance of rain each day.

Went fishing after work for about an hour. Nothing again. Bait shop folks say some people catching crappies fully loaded with spawn. By mid-May they should have spawned. Weather screwed them up.

Morning folks! Yep, another scorcher here today. 94 yesterday but a ride on the Harley was still pretty cool. Got some more plants into pots for the deck. [just in case the groundhogs and chipmunks get through the bird netting on top. Cleaning front bedroom for cousin visiting from Kentucky later in week.
Planning trip to Island Beach for Thursday. Can't wait! Taking a friend from NYC who hasn't fished since a kid.
