Thank you Saw, I really enjoy catching stripers which Iโ€™m quite sure you understand.

Yeah Brad, they're probly my favorite fish to catch. However, we don't catch ones as big as y'all do. My biggest one has only been bout 10+ pounds. But sometimes we have a 60 or 70+ fish day though.
How big was the one you're holdin? Again, congrats brother.

Wow Bk! Great fish! I've been fortunate to be fishing with friends that have caught 30 lb class Striper's. What a battle and when the net gets swung into the boat, what a sight! Much better than when I finally was going to get to join the 30lb club only to see my line snap when I tried to horse her into the net. Not very smart (my middle name) when you are fishing with 12lb test.

Went for an afternoon trip down to the Raritan bay NJ. with a friend and we did pretty well. Itโ€™s been quite a good year for stripers, hopefully the new regulations may even make it better in the future.

Flytier, I always used to surf fish but then met up with some friends that have more sufficient funds than Iโ€™m endowed with so if I get the invite, Iโ€™m there.
