Swim baits along old shoreline cover
he'll, sure to use the jump casting technique. Like a jumpsuit in basketball. This will help you cast 30 ft higher.

My daughter and friends are on the lake as I am writing this post, out of Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock, and yesterday afternoon they caught a couple of nice smallies and a few largemouth working points and creek flowages where the water was stained.
Good luck.
MAS fish
As per Kevin van dam: if the water level is high, that means bass are hunting in new areas . He says if you are in a “ new water” area , look for water that has moved onto land that was cared for ( like cut grass or manicured areas ) instead of rocky or wooded areas. He states he can’t explain why bass favor it, but he says he has caught more / better fish in those types areas over the rocky or wooded areas..My 2cents..
