Yeah...imagine if folks took "your name" in vain. I think it would "irk me" to hear my name used whenever someone had to cuss and blow off some steam! When you think hard about it, I wonder how that ever even became a trend?!

My pet peeve also. To hear little kids screaming OMG. They don't even know what they're saying!
As for rush hour...took me 2 1/2 hrs to go 30 miles to Queens yesterday. Think the Devil designed Holland Tunnel feed.

You can tell everything’s has been opened up now. Traffic has been building for months now and is terrible again like before the virus. Must mean folks are using God’s name in vain in epic proportions. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

remember Kandy, when they built the Holland Tunnel there were half the number of families on earth and most US families only had one car at most

Males typically have the same last name as their father so to me it stands to reason that God's last name should be the same as his son's.

Thanks plumb. My #1 peeve also. Can’t remember all the times I have told people not to say that. Some say thanks for the reminder but more just give me a haunting look; they don’t even know what they are saying. That pretty well explains why it takes 45 minutes to an hour and 1/2 to go 20 miles. May the force be with us.

There are days, Wulffy, that we don't see any vehicles go by the house. Maybe a tractor or a 4 wheeler, then again maybe not. I like it that way.
