In the last 30 days my acreage has received 11" of rain. My tank went from stagnant to water running out the spillway. Today I used the weed eater to cut my grass because there is 3" of moving water in front and back yards. Water is pooled in places 5" deep. It is finding the path of least resistance, washing out my road, moving my caliche down my entry road. I am lucky enough to have several places that are at least 8" deep. There are red horse and shiner minnows following the current in my road and tadpoles in my back pasture. I have come to the conclusion there are more frogs than people in Callahan County. I am on a mission to catch and freeze the fat devils for catfishing. There is a silver lining.πŸΈπŸŸπŸ β˜”πŸŽ£

DANG WH ! Wish you could send some of your rain to us. We've had ZERO. And it doesn't look like we're gonna get any till probly fall/winter. Lake Sonoma is over 100 feet down from full.

I can’t imagine that kind of rain. We had over a foot of snow 2 weeks ago, much needed. Low snow pack and hardly any spring rain. Now it’s in the 90s for couple days which is super hot for us this early.

Yep. We've had a couple of days of sunshine NE of Dallas. Looks like that is about to come to an end. Rain in the forecast for the next 10+ days.

I'm pretty sick of cleaning off muddy dog feet as they enter the house 1,000 times a day.

WH,
Please send some of that rain our way. Half the launch ramps at Lake Powell are out of the water.
