Today is my wife's birthday, we have gone fishing during her birthday weekend more than not and we had a fishing weekend again this year.
We had more get off the hook than we got into the boat the last day.

I'll bet your wife sunburns easily, pretty darn white. I'm guessin Irish ancestry. My late Mom, nee McCarthy was like that. Took my younger brothers fishing from time to time and wore the biggest hats you can barely imagine.
Went with all of us kids to the beach, but was always sun-protected. The wonderful things that a mom will do!

Our Grandson struggled to do the whole fishing thing but we had him help reel and help get the fish into the holding net.
