I'm back after taking a few months off. I as usual I have been perch jerking for my favorite bait. Perch (bluegill, brim, sunfish) are this hooker's favorite for catfishing. I did manage to bring home ~8# of catfish yesterday. Our weather has so weird. Unusually cool and damp. Garden is slow to take off. Hatching chicks and ducklings the last few weeks. Glad to be back. I could be a fulltime hooker! I have retired from punching a clock. I have officially retired my nursing license with the State of Texas.

Welcome back WH. I thought about you on mother's day, thinking about the gals on FS. Wondered where you were, thought maybe you weren't a hooker any more. Glad to hear you retired and now have time to enjoy what you want. I am down to 2 days working and planning on fishing as much as my wonderful wife let's me. Fish on and glad you're back.
