A good mornin' to all of you fine people.

42* here now, 54* later, with some N. wind. I'm not expecting the nicest day.

The word must be out that our place could be up for sale soon. We had two couples going by on 4-wheelers, last Sat. We thought that they were just stopping to say hi, but the conversation got around to whether or not we were thinking about selling the house, soon. We were talking on the deck. And ya, we are, but not just yet. The wife wanted to look at it. The guy just wanted to look at the shed. Sounds about right. Weds. we got another call, wanted to know if we might be interested in selling the house. Ya, whatever, they are coming at 10:00 today to look at it. It is, what it is because we spent most of the day yesterday in Lacrosse at the mayo clinic. Marion's dr. appt. got canceled, unbeknown to us until we got there. Both of the appts. were with two different dermatologists. Mine took a chunk out of my ear to send in for a biopsy, for melanoma. We won't know for a week or two. I have to start cleaning a little for the 10:00 appt.

Morning F g, sorry to hear about the Mayo dropping the ball like that. Many years back took the juice to Jacksonville Mayo and was impressed with the org. But these are Covid times and crap happens in a heart beat.

I feel your anxiety on the melanoma. Miss Kandy does to i bet. Had my ear surgery 1/19 and i still poke my finger inside checking for a spot and that isn't for cleaning the wax either.

Good luck on the show and tell today. Put your valuables in a safe place. Just never know what will temp people for a 5 finger discount.

You’re certainly at one of the best medical clinics in the country, my wife was there many years ago and received diagnosis and treatment for a condition that others couldn’t find. Sorry to learn of your troubles Leo and hope everything gets back on schedule for your Wife and good luck with the house you did not know you were selling 😉. With the market the way it is, you can name your price. Just beware wherever you may go the next guy is doing the same. 😱. I have friends that are looking and have offered $40K over asking price and still don’t get the house.
